Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in implementing and managing financial planning systems.

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is required.
  • The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.

The role involves translating complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align deployment to support strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Managing team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects.
  • Ensuring delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
  • Contributing to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
