Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Business Analyst located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing comprehensive business analyses. The role requires a clear understanding of business needs and the ability to propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to clearly understand business requirements and challenges.
  • Prepare detailed requirement documents (BRD/SRS) and create wireframes/prototypes.
  • Coordinate closely with technology teams for timely feature delivery.
  • Manage product lifecycle using agile methodologies from requirements gathering to UAT to go-live.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmap based on feedback and business priorities.
  • Represent user needs while balancing technical feasibility and constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred), or related Engineering / IT field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development or product management.
  • Experience in creating software products from start to finish.
  • Ability to independently create requirement documents and UI/UX wireframes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, including integration, workflows, and user management.
  • Experience working within agile teams.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
