Job Title: Strategic Business Partner
As a key contributor to our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging insights on corporates, new sourcing, and existing book details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business development and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve process efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights and present reports to senior management, using tools like Microsoft Power Point.
- Work closely with HR to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share data for informed decision-making.
Skill Sets Required:
- Proven experience in corporate salary field analysis and understanding business from a field perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation tools like Pivot, VLOOKUP, sorting, etc.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
