
Strategic Business Partner

The primary goal of this position is to develop a profound understanding of the Retail Business objectives and the Staff related challenges. This knowledge will serve as the foundation for creating strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our Staffs and Sales Team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive governance on human resource metrics, including staffing, retention, engagement & cost for the business.
- Engage and work with Regional Managers/Territory Managers on Recruitment, Compensation and Employee Relations.
- Operate independently and ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
- Train, mentor and lead HR initiatives and best Practices for the team.
- Directly interact with store staffs and implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition and policies.
- Responsible for HR operations, Induction, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Exit Process.
- Coach individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities.
- Owning and driving HR policies and directives and ensuring smooth implementation across the organisation.
- Ability to travel across the country for staff meetings.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years' of retail relationship experience. Preferably from Large format Business;
- Ability to manage big teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
