Strategic Business Unit Leader

This is a challenging role that requires leadership and strategic thinking to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling operations, leading high-performance teams, and developing innovative sales strategies.

  • P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth:
  • Lead the business unit with full P&L accountability, setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies, securing enterprise-level partnerships, and expanding the unit's market share in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Visionary, collaborative leader based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, India.
