Job Title: Account Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary liaison for technical inquiries or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to provide expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized growth plans, outlining key objectives and performance metrics, and offer strategic support in achieving these targets. Monitor clients' progress towards these goals and report both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with Account management teams to secure contract renewals through proactive relationship building and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded usage across the client's organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for upselling purposes and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field, combined with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
