Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively

- Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, with 2 days of rotational weekend offs
