Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Hours:

  • 5 days a week, with 2 days of rotational weekend offs
