About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Global HR operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Build relationships with HR team and stakeholders to understand their data landscape and business priorities.
  • Analyze business requirements against Workday reporting capabilities.
  • Develop solutions that ensure the institution is maximizing its ability to automate and exploit data from all HR technologies as efficiently as possible.
  • Ensure data is stored, collected, and presented efficiently, aligned with quality and privacy guidelines.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on HR Ops and Information systems.
  • 3+ years experience working in a Workday reporting role.
  • Understanding of HR practices and processes, HR systems (data inflow and outflow), and management.
  • Advanced proficiency or practical knowledge in Workday reporting, including advanced reporting, calculated fields, BIRT, dashboards, and discovery boards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Drive, Workday Worksheets, and Workday Docs.
  • Experience creating Workday documents that include dynamic fields and DocuSign interface.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in presentation and visualization tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Experience and proficiency in business/process analysis, developing standard metrics/dashboards, and workforce plans in multinational or global organizations, preferably from professional services organizations.
  • Independent thinking and very good analytical and critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills; should have the ability to distill and present actionable information derived from complex data.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
