Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to lead and optimize Meta ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and take action to improve click-through rate, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong return on ad spend
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting
