Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and analytics to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
