Digital Performance Marketing Role

To strengthen our digital presence, we need an experienced Performance Marketer who can drive measurable results across multiple ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously fine-tune targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion Tracking & API: Set up and optimize conversion APIs, ensuring accurate event tracking and reliable campaign measurement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for scaling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to align ad campaigns with business objectives and growth milestones.
Required Expertise:
  • Proven track record of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with successful ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion APIs, pixel implementation, and advanced campaign tracking.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
