About the Role

Azentio is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Central Sales Operations team in Bangalore. As a key member of our GTM Org, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and unlocking revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM optimization to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Manage business operations automation to streamline processes and improve productivity
  • Develop performance metrics to deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Drive change management to ensure effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across sales teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, cross-functional project management, or a related field
  • Excellent data analysis skills to generate meaningful insights for data-driven decision making
  • Continuous process improvement approach to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stakeholder management skills to interact with various teams, including sales, finance, and ops
  • Fluent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in integrating technology solutions into sales processes with measurable success
  • Expertise in Salesforce governance, administration, and best practices

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
