  • About the Role:
    • At Kyndryl, we're seeking a forward-thinking Sales Enablement Leader to join our Global GTM Enablement team.
    • This critical role offers the opportunity to shape the future of GTM enablement within our organization by overseeing the strategic direction, optimization, and expansion of our GTM Enablement platform, Kyndryl Win Coach (powered by Highspot).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust partnership with Highspot's team to ensure alignment with our evolving business needs and maximize the value derived from the platform.
    • Platform Innovation & Optimization: Continuously assess and implement enhancements to the Kyndryl Win Coach environment, leveraging the latest advancements to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
    • GTM Enablement Leadership: Lead the evolution of GTM enablement capabilities through Kyndryl Win Coach, ensuring that content, training, and sales coaching are seamlessly integrated into the platform.
    • Advanced Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the Content Data Analyst to interpret performance data and platform metrics, focusing on key success indicators such as user adoption, content engagement, and GTM productivity.
  • Requirements:
    • 8+ years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing sales enablement platforms, with a strong preference for Highspot experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, driving productivity, content engagement, and sales acceleration through strategic initiatives.
