Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and expansion across various industries including plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying potential customers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.

  • Develop and execute BD strategy for Speciality Flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used for Masterbatch manufacturing.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers across the value chain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to position products effectively in the market.
  • Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning through data-driven insights and market analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to stay ahead of the competition.
