Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing exceptional service to meet their financial needs.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services that align with their financial goals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and provide timely support to customers as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute sales initiatives and provide timely support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
