We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Account Growth Strategist.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the fintech or banking industry, with experience in managing key customer accounts. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
This involves managing sales across various sectors for payment solutions through a value-selling approach, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing tailored offerings, and closing deals that add value to clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Manage sales teams and drive revenue growth by leveraging expertise in sales management and client relationship-building.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop tailored offerings, and close deals that add value to clients and the organization.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage sales pipelines for enterprise clients, converting them into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Study market trends, competition, and deliver value to clients as per their business needs, thereby strengthening market share.
- Customer Service: Negotiate and communicate effectively with demanding clients, responding to queries in a timely manner and delivering a positive customer experience.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management (fintech/banks).
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in sales and marketing.
