About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled BIOVIA LIMS Application Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to work closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to enhance user experience and reduce support queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to LIMS software, hardware, and infrastructure.
  • Implement solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security patches.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in LIMS application support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, developers, and other stakeholders.
