Senior Genome Analyst Role

At our leading genomic services provider, we operate the largest CAP accredited Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) lab in Southeast Asia.

We are part of a pioneering effort to sequence 100,000 Genomes in Asia through our founding membership in GenomeAsia 100K.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Genome Analyst with 3+ years of experience in analysis and interpretation of Molecular Genetic results: HLA & Chimerism.

  • Analyzing NGS data and genetic diagnostic testing
  • Generating clinical reports within tight timelines
  • Liaising with sales and customer support teams
  • Managing laboratory information systems (LIMS)
