
Financial Services Business Developer

- Leverage assigned bank channels to generate leads.
- Cross-sell financial products to bank customers.
- Focus on customer business development through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Manage payrolls for the insurance company.
- Identify customer needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
- Prefers candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
- Achieve customer acquisition through:
- Bank databases
- Branch footfalls
- Self-generated prospects
- Ensure timely completion of sales by coordinating medical reports and issuing policy documents promptly.
- Explore opportunities to develop new markets or segments as per the company's sales strategy.
- Support other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team by:
- Coaching them on company knowledge, products, and services
- Sharing effective selling skills
- Accompanying clients on visits
- Modeling appropriate sales behavior
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Open to candidates from various industries including insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and others.
- Mandatory experience in insurance or BFSI is required.
