Job Responsibilities:
  • Leverage assigned bank channels to generate leads.

  • Identify customer needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
  • Prefers candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance.
  • Achieve customer acquisition through:
  • Bank databases
  • Branch footfalls
  • Self-generated prospects
  • Ensure timely completion of sales by coordinating medical reports and issuing policy documents promptly.
  • Explore opportunities to develop new markets or segments as per the company's sales strategy.
  • Support other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team by:
  • Coaching them on company knowledge, products, and services
  • Sharing effective selling skills
  • Accompanying clients on visits
  • Modeling appropriate sales behavior
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Open to candidates from various industries including insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and others.
  • Mandatory experience in insurance or BFSI is required.
