Job Summary:

The role involves generating leads from assigned banks, cross-selling financial products to customers, and focusing on customer business development.

Responsibilities include relationship management with bank staff and customers, working on payrolls of the insurance company, making appointments, exploring customers' financial needs, selecting appropriate products, and accurately completing sales documentation.

Candidates with experience in Life/Health/General Insurance are preferred. The position requires customer acquisition through various channels, including bank databases, branch footfalls, and self-generated prospects.

Key responsibilities also include sales completion by coordinating medical reports and ensuring prompt issuance of policy documents. Additionally, opportunities for developing new markets or segments as per company sales strategy will be explored.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Open to candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales-driven verticals.
  • Experience in insurance or BFSI is mandatory.
