
Retail Agri Business Developer

Sourcing and business development are core responsibilities for this role. Our ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth in the retail agri sector.
We require a market-savvy individual who can provide regular market updates and adapt to changes in product processes. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for maintaining connections with farmers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
This position involves delinquency rotation, recovery, and housekeeping tasks. Additionally, our team member will be responsible for farmer education and capacity building. The goal is to increase penetration and cross-sell in the market.
Training and development of sales officers and hub branch leaders (SO/HBL) is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the seed, fertilizer, or agri-product industries. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates from banking and financial services backgrounds.
