
Retail Agri Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager-Retail Agri. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scoping geographical markets for farming and rural communities.
- Sourcing proposals from individual farmers, cooperative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kissan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations, etc.
- Conducting marketing activities to generate new business.
- Working on productivity benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, business, marketing).
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
