Requirements & Skills

Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in apparel retail management, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale stores.

Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Data-Driven Approach: Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding apparel store operations.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.

Retail Operations Proficiency: Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and visual merchandising within the apparel retail sector.

Innovative Mindset: Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences within the apparel store.

Bachelor's Degree / MBA: Preferably with a specialization in Fashion or Hospitality or any related field.
