Hiring a Process Trainer for an International Voice Process involves seeking an engaging professional with at least 1 year of experience in training methodologies and soft skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job DescriptionThe Process Trainer is accountable for delivering day-to-day functional direction to agents within the training classroom environment. This includes monitoring student progress, offering coaching and developmental feedback, and making readiness recommendations. The trainer will also utilize strong presentation and facilitation skills, incorporating creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery & Coaching: Monitor student progress, offer coaching and developmental feedback, and make readiness recommendations.
- Effective Facilitation: Utilize strong presentation and facilitation skills, incorporating creative training techniques and adult/accelerated learning methods.
- Performance & Transition: Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client meetings, and conducting side-by-side observations.
- Program Enhancement: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods to identify areas for enhancement.
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines for deliverables.
