Are you a motivated trainer who can inspire and engage international teams? Hiresquad Resources is seeking an experienced Process Trainer to develop talent, drive agent performance, and shape the success of our client's teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery & Coaching: Provide day-to-day functional direction to agents within the training classroom environment. Monitor student progress, provide coaching and developmental feedback, and make readiness recommendations.
  • Effective Facilitation: Utilize presentation and facilitation skills to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions. Use creative techniques and adult learning methods to prepare and present training materials.
  • Performance & Transition: Achieve individual training performance metrics and support the seamless transition of agents from training to production. Ensure competency levels meet business standards.
  • Product Knowledge & Communication: Maintain relevant product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and conducting side-by-side observations. Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups.
  • Curriculum Development Support: Assist in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods. Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback methods.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend curriculum modifications based on internal customer feedback and participate in a continuous learning culture.

Requirements:

  • Training Expertise: Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (e.g., communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines for deliverables.
  • Work Ethic: A self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exhibits professionalism and ability to develop good relationships.
  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.
