We're looking for an expert in communication skills to coach teams and develop global delivery excellence.

This role involves training employees on neutralization, global intelligibility, listening comprehension, and effective player engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in V&A training from the BPO or customer experience industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct V&A and Business Communication training for new hires and existing team members
  • Teach and enhance English language skills with a focus on naturalization and neutralization through pronunciation, grammar, and syntax correction
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and build a consistent coaching framework
  • Customize content to meet global communication standards for voice/chat/email-based support
Curriculum Development & Localization:
  • Design and enhance V&A training modules with a focus on clarity, grammar, pronunciation, and tone
  • Tailor communication content based on regional accents (US, UK, Europe) and game-specific scenarios
  • Stay relevant with advancements in language teaching methods and materials to provide effective instruction
  • Design and adapt teaching materials and methods to address unique learner requirements
Assessment & Coaching:
  • Review and provide feedback on employees' written work to improve writing skills
  • Develop and administer assessments to gauge progress and proficiency
  • Provide individual coaching and feedback sessions for employees with communication gaps
  • Track learning outcomes and measure post-training improvements

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Voice & Accent/Communication Training, preferably in a BPO, KPO, or Game Services environment, with native or near-native proficiency in English, strong knowledge of English Naturalization and Neutralization, and excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
