Agile Project Leader

A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Agile Project Leader to join our organization. This is a leadership role that involves leading and managing agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate Agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
