Agile Project Delivery Specialist

The role of an Agile Project Delivery Specialist is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes and utilizing strong Business Analyst skills to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile processes as a Scrum Master with strong Business Analyst skills.
  • Ensuring successful project delivery by bridging the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Removing impediments that hinder the team's progress.
  • Collaborating in cross-functional teams using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilizing project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and software development practices.

The ideal candidate will have overall 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment at least 2+ years. Additionally, they should have experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent are also required. Moreover, Dynamics 365 knowledge is necessary for this position.
