Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with business analysis expertise to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Cultivate Agile/Scrum best practices and principles among team members.
  • Remove impediments and ensure a well-organized team dynamic.
  • Track and communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Team, Business, and Stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog.

Business Analysis Focus

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data-driven projects.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data experts to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Spearhead data quality initiatives and contribute to defining data governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
