Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned delivery professional to oversee the development and implementation of cloud-based projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in .NET and Microsoft Azure, as well as experience in project governance and stakeholder management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using .NET and Azure services.
  • Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration between solution architects, product owners, and development teams to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Mentor technical leads and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery lead role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud adoption strategies, including migration planning, implementation, and deployment.
  • Industry-standard agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Cross-functional team experience in delivering complex technology projects.
