Job Summary:

Program Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing comprehensive program plans, identifying risks, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program/project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Establish and monitor program/project metrics according to methodology used.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Relevant certifications in program and project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP).

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience working with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps.
