Customer Relations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Remind customers of payment due dates via phone calls.
- Follow up with delinquent customers until payment is received and account is settled.
- Inform customers of consequences of delayed payments and offer suitable payment options to resolve the issue.
- Schedule field collection visits when requested by the customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: A degree in any field.
- At least 6 months of experience in debt recovery or voice-based customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to negotiate timely payments.
- Familiarity with collections process and debt recovery methods.
