Workplace Relations Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Workplace Relations Specialist, responsible for providing expert guidance and support in workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer timely advice and assistance to employees and managers on workplace relations matters.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disputes through effective mediation and negotiation techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Support performance management processes and collaborate with HR and management teams to develop training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of workplace relations cases and prepare reports for management review.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive Human Resources strategies.
  • Manage a team of workplace relations specialists and provide guidance on a full range of workplace relations matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workplace relations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong strategic stakeholder management and independent personality.
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and drive process improvement opportunities.
