Job Title: Investor Relations Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with high net worth individuals and converting them into funded investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research qualified lead prospects, enrich their records, and trigger outreach initiatives.
- Participate in initial calls, take ownership of follow-ups, and tailor presentations and performance reports accordingly.
- Monitor shifts in investor preferences and suggest product enhancements.
KPIs:
- Number of qualified leads added
- Reply rate
- Follow-up response time within 48 hours
Targets:
- Weekly goal: 20 qualified calls and demos, 40+ follow-ups; beat quota by 5% on a monthly basis, with a quarterly target of Asset Value ≤ INR 50 Crores.
- Alternate targets: Weekly goal: 20 Retail LPs, 40+ follow-ups; close ≥ 1 property with an Asset Value ≤ INR 10 Crores.
Minimum Hire Profile:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, or Wealth-tech
- Proficiency in Excel, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent writing skills
