Job Title: Senior Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Team Lead to oversee the quality assurance efforts for web domain projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software QA testing, with expertise in automated testing using Selenium or Mabl. They will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications, as well as leading and managing the QA team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
    • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
    • Manage testing for web applications serving high-traffic and high-visibility client sites.
    • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
    • Oversee API and performance testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
    • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.
    • Manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issues.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing roles.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or Mabl.
  • Good understanding of web-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideal experience with Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Certifications in software testing are preferred.
