Our company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Web Applications to lead multiple web and CRM development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.

About This Role
  • We're looking for someone who can plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Candidates must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • They will identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage client communication, expectations, and project documentation.

About You

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred.
