Project Manager - Technical Expert

  • Coordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage resource availability and allocation for seamless project execution.
  • Create a detailed project plan to track progress and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Have hands-on experience with project management tools such as Basecamp or Trello.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies especially scrum/kanban-based execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira is essential.
  • Maintain consistent delivery quality across all streams of work.
  • Report and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders effectively.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements

  • Hold a great educational background preferably in computer science or engineering.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Possess a solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Experience in IAM systems especially SailPoint-related product implementation and support is a significant advantage.
