Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Description:

As a seasoned leader in project management, we seek an experienced individual to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful projects within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining scope.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations.
  • Hands-on understanding of Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
