Job Overview

The Regional Head will be responsible for overseeing a team of Relationship Managers and driving the origination business for the entire North region. This role provides an opportunity to work across various asset classes and sectors, including senior secured loans, NCDs, and High Yield debt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of RM and drive the origination business for the entire North region
  • Client-facing deal lead - business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, negotiations
  • Work with credit teams and take ownership of the credit approval process with approvers
  • Interact with various internal and external stakeholders for successful deal closure
Requirements
  • MBA from top-tier institutes
  • CA with 10-12 years post-qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
