Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager
Job Description:The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth from existing partners and onboarding new partners. This includes identifying and nurturing talents within the team, making them ready for career progression, and ensuring profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth from existing partners and onboard new partners.
- Work closely with middle management teams of partners to schedule big day drives, RnR programmers, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds, etc.
- Identify and nurture talents within the team.
- Responsible for meeting sales, revenue, and product-wise targets of the designated state.
- Account management - sales and financial reconciliation, liaisoning with PLM teams for on-time payout settlements of partners headquartered in the designated state.
- Extensive travel across allocated geography to meet partners and customers as per pre-approved travel plans.
- Extensive business, marketing, and sales acumen.
- Ability to motivate teams to succeed.
- Ability to set realistic goals and identify key target areas for growth.
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm to overachieve.
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility.
- Planning and organizational skills.
