Corporate Project Lead Role

As a skilled project leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution. Key responsibilities include implementing an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects, managing multiple projects from design to completion, and coordinating with various team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy for corporate interior fit-out projects, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and control changes/variations to ensure timely completion within schedule constraints.
  • Coordinate teamwork among project stakeholders, including client representatives, and maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the design and project delivery team in executing delegated responsibilities, driving project success through collaborative efforts.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners to complete projects efficiently, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain formal reporting arrangements on project progress for stakeholders, providing transparent updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in building construction and proven track record in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Hold a degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline, showcasing expertise in individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Exhibit expertise in team management, client-facing experience, and technical proficiency, including proficiency in digital and technology initiatives.
  • Display ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and excel in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively independently and demonstrate adaptability in dynamic project environments, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness to drive results.
  • Posess excellent analytical and decision-making skills, utilizing data-driven insights to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes.
