We are a team of professionals seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to fill the role of Strategic Operations Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. They will be responsible for managing key partnerships, supporting HR and organizational level initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and resolve critical business issues.
  • Manage key partnerships and ensure seamless coordination across teams and departments.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives to improve onboarding processes, drive organizational health projects, and support strategic hiring efforts.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and improving operational efficiency.
