We are looking for a skilled Operations Specialist to manage and update certification lists, track progress towards certification goals, and support team members in achieving requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven mindset.

This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering results. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing help desk requests, coordinating L2 and L3 escalations, and providing timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also facilitate co-sell motions, identify opportunities eligible for attribution, and ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs, with a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
