Job Opportunity: Export Strategist

The role of an Export Executive is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining operational efficiency and productivity through routine tasks.
    • Providing timely responses to customers and stakeholders while resolving Quality/Regulatory Queries.
    • Liaising with internal stakeholders for effective coordination of Operations, Planning, MIS, Logistics, and Accounts.

Key Activities:

  • Ensuring smooth order processing from receipt to final delivery of materials.
  • Coordinating customer shipments and sales efforts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to punch monthly projections into the system.
  • Processing agent commissions in the system and coordinating with the accounts team.
  • Following up with plants for order status and informing customers accordingly.
  • Preparing Sales Summaries, Orders in Hand details, Product-wise sales, and pending orders information.
  • Maintaining receivable flows from external customers and following up on payments to ensure timely receipt.
  • Preparing and following up on Samples, DMFs, and other internal queries as needed.

This position requires close collaboration with plant and customer-facing teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
