Business Development Manager

The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and team management.

  1. Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue and market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  3. Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product launches, and sales promotions.

Key Deliverables:

  • Sourcing of new customers through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Coordination with customers to prepare and submit pre- and post-sales documentation.
  • Follow-ups with customers to collect monthly dues and resolve any payment issues.
  • Follow-ups with suppliers to obtain documentation and complete GST filing requirements.
  • Regular account reconciliations with the operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Preparation of credit appraisal memos to support business decisions.
