The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and team management.
- Develop and execute business plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, product launches, and sales promotions.
Key Deliverables:
- Sourcing of new customers through referrals, networking, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Coordination with customers to prepare and submit pre- and post-sales documentation.
- Follow-ups with customers to collect monthly dues and resolve any payment issues.
- Follow-ups with suppliers to obtain documentation and complete GST filing requirements.
- Regular account reconciliations with the operations team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparation of credit appraisal memos to support business decisions.
