The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in designing, developing, and supporting scalable and efficient solutions that support HR processes in global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.

Technical Skills:

  • BI Publisher: Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI: Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDl: Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.

Experience with Agile methodologies, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
