We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Specialist with expertise in technical implementations, custom integrations and reporting to join our dynamic team.

Position: Senior Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical modules with a focus on implementation deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation:
    • Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Custom Solutions:
    • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise:
    • Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
