Job Title: Expert Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

At our organization, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud to support the implementation of Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions, with a strong understanding of SQL and data migration.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion and EBS.
  • Strong knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • Proficiency in at least three HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Ability to write and debug Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
