HCM Solutions Expert

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, encompassing extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.

This expert will lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits) and develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.

This role also involves performing system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing, as well as providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Actively contributing to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects is also essential for this role. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Benefits:

Oracle certifications are highly valued but not mandatory.

Familiarity with the functional flows of HRMS cycles and basic knowledge of finance are beneficial.
