Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, as well as managing risks, maintaining records, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract management, negotiation, and risk assessment, with a proven ability to manage documentation, reporting, and dispute resolution.

They should have attention to detail with strong commercial acumen and be able to work effectively in a collaborative culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Agreements:
    • Prepare clear, comprehensive, and enforceable agreements.
    • Review terms and conditions to identify risks, liabilities, and ambiguities.
    • Negotiate favorable terms while ensuring balanced risk allocation.
  • Risk Identification and Management:
    • Proactively assess contractual, commercial, and execution risks.
    • Implement mitigation strategies and maintain a risk register.
    • Provide early warnings to management regarding potential exposures.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain an organized repository of agreements, including approvals, correspondence, and variations.
    • Track milestones, obligations, guarantees, insurance, and payments.
    • Ensure audit readiness and transparency in reporting.
  • Continuous Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track key dates (NTP, completion, milestone payments, BG validity).
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Dispute Prevention and Resolution:
    • Monitor performance and obligations to minimize conflicts.
    • Manage claims preparation and defense (EOT, cost escalation, variations).
    • Engage in negotiations, settlements, or formal dispute resolution to safeguard organizational interests.
Qualification and Experience:

Full-time B.Tech (any stream)

9-12 years of experience
